Weber State University is helping make financing college easier by offering free help in completing FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) in February.
For your convenience, FAFSA application help is being offered at both the Ogden and Davis campus of WSU. This help is offered without appointment on a first-come-first-served basis.
It's necessary for you and your spouse, if you are married, to have filed a 2011 Federal Income Tax Return in order to complete a FAFSA application for 2012-2013. If you are a dependent student or are younger than 25, your parents must also have filed a 2011 Federal Income Tax Return.
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) offers free tax help to low and moderate income individuals. You can make an appointment by dialing 2-1-1 (Visit http://www.utahtaxhelp.org for more information)
