Parent-Daughter Engineering & Technology Night Out!

Parent-Daughter Engineering & Technology Night Out is designed for 7-12th grade girls and their parents to engage in fun problem
solving activities such as building a draw bridge and 'The Flinger'. This engaging family opportunity inspires confidence and nurtures girls innate 
STEM abilities and interest.  Girls are encouraged and supported by successful WSU faculty, staff and students.

Event exposes young girls to engineering at Weber State University (Salt Lake Tribune)
Event helps emphasize importance of women in STEM (The Signpost)

 

 

Thursday, November 16th, 5:30 - 8 p.m.

WSU Davis Campus, Bldg. D3 Ballroom. 
Registration is $20 per parent/daughter team and includes
all materials, dinner & a girl's t-shirt.  
Extra girls or parents are $10 each.
