BIO: Carter is in his 2nd year at Weber State. From Oklahoma, he had a 4.0 all four years in high school and was a SkillsUSA State Officer. In 2020 he was aUSPA North American Champion and Suat Record Holder. Carter Attended Canadian Valley Tech where he was CVTC Student of the Year. He is also in the Army ROTC Program where he received the WSU ROTC 22-23 Superior Cadet Award for excellence.
