Biography

Tamara Tran is the CEO of the tech company, Rylex, which she founded 20 years ago and the Mayor of Kaysville, Utah. Elected in 2021, she previously served on the Kaysville City Council and Planning Commission. Originally from Seoul, Korea, she was adopted into a family in the United States and has since built a career in public service with a focus on unity and community progress. She brings this dedication and her extensive corporate experience working within the Department of Defense to her new role on the National Advisory Council.
