Biography

Slade Opheikens is the President & CEO of R&O Construction. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Construction Management program and an alumnus of Weber State University. Having started at R&O Construction in 1987 as a laborer, he worked his way up through various positions, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming his current leadership role. Slade is actively involved in the community, serving on multiple boards, and has shown a continued commitment to Weber State University.
