The following fixes can help with macOS onboarding problems:

PROBLEM: After connecting to WSU Guest, the mini browser that pops up the use agreement will not download the onboarding tool.
TO FIX: Restart the onboarding process by opening Safari and going to https://eduroam.weber.edu.

 

PROBLEM: After downloading the onboarding tool, the tool application will not open.
TO FIX: Open the Keychain Access app and use the search bar to search for your full Weber State email address.  Right-click and Delete any results you find.  Restart the computer and then re-initiate the onboarding process by opening Safari and going to https://eduroam.weber.edu.

 

PROBLEM: After downloading the onboarding tool, a macOS notification displays that a Profile needs to be approved to install, but clicking the notification doesn’t open anything.
TO FIX: Manually navigate to System Preferences > Profiles and proceed to allow the Profile to install.
