ABOUT

In the fall of 2020, Tammy Becker joined Weber State University as a graduate admissions clerk within the Masters of Administration Program at the Davis campus.

For the last 22 years, Tammy has worked in the education field both as a principal and as a teacher. Her passion is education, and as principal had the privilege of starting up a new mathematics program at her previous school. As a teacher, she taught mathematics and science. In addition to her administrative and teaching duties, she has been an academic decathlon, mathletes, and a Science Olympiad coach. She has also coached soccer, volleyball, and basketball.

On her door in her office or classroom, and now on her desk, you will find the quote by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Tammy understands that educating our children is the most important job there is.

Becker believes that the WSU AACSB-accredited MBA is one of the best programs around. You will not find better faculty, more flexibility, and support than at the WSU Davis Campus in Layton, Utah.
