Facilities Management has tables and chairs available to rent for your campus event.

Rentals require a reservation at least 3 days in advance of the event.
When you call to make your reservation, please have the following information ready:
- How many tables do you need?
- What size tables?
- How many chairs do you need?
- Do you want setup and takedown or just delivery?
- Where will the items be delivered?
- Date and time for delivery and pick up (setup/takedown if requested)
- Department and contact person
