Weber State University’s Fast Track program is an accelerated training path specifically designed for working technicians who need to advance their current industry knowledge. This program focuses on the latest automotive service technology, from advanced diagnostics to ADAS/EV training, and is taught by certified ASE master technician instructors who hold specialized engine performance, ADAS, and EV certifications. Quickly get the quality, professional training your technicians need.
Courses do not have to be taken in sync. Get your employees access to the education they need without wasting time on what they already know.
Courses available for Fall 2026 registration include:
- G1 – Maintenance & Light Repair
- A6 – Electrical/Electronic Systems
- A5 – Brakes
- A4 – Suspension & Steering

Technicians Learn on Industry-Standard Equipment
Courses are taught on the same equipment found in dealerships and shops, creating a seamless transition from the classroom to the real world.
Great ASE Test Prep
The program is strategically aligned with industry standards to prepare participants for ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification exams.
Your Technicians Won’t Miss Work
This in-person program takes place Monday through Friday from 6-9 p.m., so technicians can keep working and gain the master technician skills they need in weeks, not years.
