NET 4760 – Cybersecurity and Network Management Internship

The purpose of this course is to permit Cybersecurity and Network Management majors who are currently working in a cybersecurity or IT related job or internship to receive academic credits for their work, with the coordination and approval of a faculty mentor and their supervisor.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: NET 4700 or instructor approval (contact instructor via email with your W# if you do not have the prerequisites/corequisite).



What to Expect:

  • Meet with the company supervisor and/or faculty advisor to discuss and plan four to five (4-5) work-related learning outcomes and complete a Senior Project Approval form (provided in class)

Any questions on whether your job/internship will count for this course should be directed to the instructor the semester you plan to take NET 4760.
