Convocations & Commencement
Weber State holds convocation ceremonies to honor graduates at the conclusion of fall semester. They are split up by college (for example, College of Social Sciences & Education, College of Science, etc.). There are usually speakers and then the graduates walk across the stage while their names are read. Convocation is not mandatory, but we encourage students, their families, and guests to attend. Join us in the celebration!
Commencement and convocation ceremonies are live-streamed on this web page. Check back at the time of the event.
ASL interpreters and live captioning will be provided for all events at the Dee Events Center. To request these services at other commencement events, email deafservices@weber.edu or call 801-626-6413. Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
