Spring 2020 Commencement

Weber State’s spring 2020 commencement ceremony has been moved to Saturday, Aug. 29. Further details will be announced.

Graduation processing will continue as normal. Diplomas will arrive in the mail once final grades have been submitted and degrees have been processed. If you have questions about your graduation status, reach out to your academic advisor using the Find My Advisor app at weber.edu/advisors.  

Graduates may reserve a free cap, gown, tassel, diploma cover and cords from the Wildcat Store by May 8, 2020. Visit the Wildcat Store website for details.

Each graduate attending the 8 a.m. commencement ceremony will receive a pewter die cast medallion with the presidential seal in honor of their achievement. See the FAQ page for details.

Graduate Luncheon (Postponed)

Friday, April 24, 2020
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Shepherd Union Building Atrium

A luncheon will be held between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Shepherd Union Building Atrium. Each graduate will receive three complimentary tickets to the luncheon (one for graduate, two for guests)  at the time they pick up their caps and gowns at the Grad Finale on Tuesday, April 7, from 8 a.m. to  4 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your complimentary tickets during these dates, you may get them at the Union Building Information Desk from April 13-17. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased at Grad Finale or at the Union Building Information Desk for $11.00 each. You must show your lunch ticket in order to be admitted to the luncheon.

Putting Student Through (PST) Program (Postponed)

The Putting Student Through (PST) Program will be held in the Shepherd Union Building Ballroom at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
