QUESTIONS?

below are some frequently asked questions and helpful tips about our program

When are the courses held?

Our courses follow Weber State University's academic schedule for fall and spring semester. View our WSU academic calendar.

Who should I contact to get involved in the NUAHEC program?

Contact information for specific districts is listed above in Step 3. However, any of our team members are happy to help answer your questions and our staff contact information can be found on our contact page

Do I have to be a Weber State student to be enrolled in the program and/or courses?

Yes. Success for the program is based off early enrollment with Weber State University. You must be enrolled at Weber State through the concurrent enrollment program.

Who do I contact to set up job shadowing experience?

We will cover this important process of the program during class time. However, if you have any questions contact our NUAHEC Director, Fred Henderson at frederickhenderson@weber.edu to inquire about all job shadowing and experiential training opportunities.

Are extensions on assignments allowed?

We want our students to succeed and we are willing to work with you. However, we also want you to be prepared for college and treated as a college student. Please contact an Instructor, Program Manager or Director at least one day prior to request an extension. Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
