Paramedic Studies Highlights

Our program offers an interdisciplinary education with a time-tested formula of lectures, skill labs, clinical and field internships. State-of-the-art equipment, including an ambulance similator, high-fidelity mannequins and simulation lab, gives you the opportunity to practice emergency response skills in a real-world environment, then review and learn from your experience.

The Paramedic Program at Weber State was the first accredited program in the state of Utah. 

Beyond the Classroom

As a paramedic studies major, you’ll complete a field internship with a paramedic fire or EMS agency.
