The admissions and scholarship application is the same form. Students will automatically be considered for merit-based scholarships. Priority deadlines for scholarship consideration are as follows:
New Freshman students February 1st
Continuing students February 1st
Transfer students February 1st
It is important that students create a Wildcat e-mail account. Scholarship selection committees may request, or convey, additional information through your Wildcat mail.
To receive priority consideration for need-based scholarships, you must apply for Federal Financial Aid by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the March 1 priority deadline. Note: You should begin the Financial Aid application process a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the March 1 deadline to allow sufficient time for processing by the Federal Government Processing Center.
Upon completion of this application, send a $30 non-refundable processing fee ($10 if you have previously attended and are transferring back to WSU) to the Admissions office. Be sure to include your SSN on your check.
International students must download their application. If you would prefer a printed copy then contact the WSU International Student Admissions Office at 1137 University Circle, Ogden, UT 84408-1137. For additional help either call 801-626-6005 or send an e-mail to admissions@weber.edu.
Prior to applying for admissions please visit our residency web page which will explain Utah Residency law and how WSU will determine applicants residency status. http://weber.edu/admissions/Shared/utahresident.html
