Speaker Bio: Dr. Dar Mayweather
Dar is an accomplished professional speaker, educator, and consultant dedicated to fostering leadership across organizations, yet his greatest gift is his family.
Dar lives in Wilmington, NC, with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children. Happily married for nine years, the couple has built a supportive foundation that enables Dar to pursue his passion for leadership and teaching, while Stephanie manages essential operations.
When not working, Dar treasures family moments—streaming church services on Sundays, watching anime with his oldest, playing sports with his youngest, and traveling with Stephanie. This balance of work, faith, and family fuels Dar’s purpose and reinforces the values he brings to his clients and students, grounded in the belief that strong leadership starts at home.
