Fall 2019 GEAR UP Family Night: Take Action!

What: GEAR UP Family Night is all about helping GEAR UP students and their parents/guardians obtain knowledge and develop skills vital to helping students succeed in school and go to college. GEAR UP Family Nights are held twice during the school year and aim to accomplish these goals through fun, interactive, and engaging workshops and activities.

Join us on September 26th for this FREE event!

Dinner will be provided by food trucks and is free for registered GEAR UP students and up to 2 parents and/or guardians. Workshops will have Spanish and English options.

Who: All GEAR UP students and up to 2 parents and/or guardians are invited to attend

When: Thursday, September 26th, 5 - 8 p.m.

Where: Weber State Davis Campus - 2750 University Park Blvd, Layton, Utah 84041 (directions)

Room Location: D3 Ballroom, Room 151

5 - 6 p.m. - Check-in, prize entry, College Fair, food trucks, meet your school's GEAR UP advisor, activities, and more.
6 - 7 p.m. - Welcome remarks, special guests
7 - 8 p.m. - Student & Parent Workshops (English & Spanish), community giveaways
