Departmental Scholarships
**Students must fill out an application form for all deparmental scholarships.
May be awarded to any worthy student in the Department of Performing Arts.
Full-time student with a GPA of at least 3.0. Outstanding performer in one or more of the ares of Performing Arts.
Declared major in Visual Arts, Performing Arts or Literature and have a Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Declared major in the department. GPA requirement of 3.0.
Scholarship available to students who demonstrate talent in arts or humanities at the high school or university levels and exhibit academic ability.
Declared major in the performing arts. GPA requirement of 3.0.
Rachel Florence Performing Arts Scholarship
The scholarship recipient must be a full-time junior or senior with a declared major or minor in vocal or theatre (including musical theatre or theatre teaching) and a minimum GPA of 3.0 and must be a Utah Resident. |

Declared major in Theatre Arts or Musical Theatre. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Full or part-time student.

Declared major in Theatre Arts or Theatre Arts Teaching with an emphasis in Design/Technical and/or Stage Management. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Full-time student.
Declared major in the Performing Arts. Minimum 2.5 GPA. Full or part-time student.
Declared major or minor in Theatre. Minimum 2.5 GPA. Full or part-time student.
Declared major in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Technical/Design. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a member in good standing with USITT or comparable technical theatre association as approved by the department scholarship committee.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.2. Must be taking Theatre classes to apply and will coninue to take Theatre classes while receiving scholarship. Preference to Theatre majors and minors or Bachelor of Integrated Studies with Theatre as one area of emphasis.
Given one year to a student athlete and in the alternate year to a student in cultural arts (attention given to drama and speech).
Must be a student majoring within the Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities. Minimum overall GPA of 2.5. Undergraduate or Graduate student. Preference to single parents. For undergradutate students, preference given to those who qualify for financial aid.
Must be a student majoring, minoring, or taking classes (during the year of the award) within the Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities. Preference to international students, out-of-state or minority students, and/or students with financial need. Student may be incoming or continuing student.
Must be a student majoring within the Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities. Full-time student with minimum 2.5. GPA, and demonstrates financial need.
Minimum GPA of 2.5, full or part-time student, weith preference given to students demonstrating financial need, and students with children.
Must be a student majoring within the Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities and able to demonstrate academic excellence.
