Anya Kenley Scholarship for the Arts
This award was established by Julie Kenley in remembrance of her daughter, Anya, who was 16 years old when she died of lymphoma. She was an accomplished dancer, musician and writer. Anya rejoiced in the arts. Had she lived, she would have been both an artist contributor and a patron. She preferred that her opportunity not be lost but passed on to other earnest students.
Requirements: Recipient must be a declared major in the department and must have a 3.0 or higher GPA to apply and retain the scholarship. Three finalists will be chosen by a department committee representing the three areas.
