Lottery Sign-Up Page

This lottery sign-up form is now closed. Lottery winners will be drawn and notified, by email, the first week in April. If you do not win the lottery, you will also be notified, via email, the first week in April and will be provided with a waitlist number. Waitlisted applicants will be notified by April 16th if a mower becomes available. Mowers will be exchanged on April 21, 2018.  You must be physically present at the exchange event with your gas-powered mower ready to exchange in order to participate in the program.

Only one mower per household can be accepted through the program.

Please note that if you win the lottery, you will have 3 business days, from the time that the notification email is sent to you, to pay the online $100 fee (plus tax and a 3% credit card processing fee) to secure your mower before it will be offered to the next applicant on the waitlist. Lottery winners will be provided with a website link for the fee payment. Sorry, only credit card payments can be accepted.

Fee waivers are available for those households in need and unable to afford the $100. To qualify for the fee waiver, applicants must demonstrate financial need by providing proof of participation in an assistance program, such as WIC, SNAP, free school lunch, etc. A card or document demonstrating participation in the assistance program will be required to be shown upon arrival at the mower pick-up station.
