Windows Onboarding Troubleshooting

The following fixes can help with Windows onboarding problems:

PROBLEM: After the onboarding tool has you enter your Weber username and password, the tool shows the error 'cannot continue with credential collection’.
TO FIX: Plug the device in with a wired Ethernet connection and restart enrollment by going to https://eduroam.weber.edu.

 

PROBLEM: Eduroam is not automatically connecting after completing the onboarding tool.

TO FIX: Forget/clear the existing eduroam profile.  Then manually select eduroam from the Wi-Fi menu and choose the “Connect with certificate” option (below the username/password prompt).
