General Onboarding Troubleshooting

The following fixes can help with onboarding problems:

PROBLEM: After connecting to WSU Guest, the onboarding website will not load.
TO FIX: Open a web browser and go to http://guestwifi.weber.edu.  Then click the Staff/Faculty/Student button which will proceed to the onboarding website.

 

PROBLEM: Onboarding is not working from an existing wireless network (WSU Guest, WSU Secure, etc.)
TO FIX: Plug the device in with a wired Ethernet connection and then restart onboarding by going to https://eduroam.weber.edu.

 

PROBLEM: After successfully completing the onboarding tool, the device is not automatically connected to eduroam.
TO FIX: Manually forget any existing WSU Secure & WSU Guest networks and then manually connect to eduroam from the device's Wi-Fi menu.
