Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)
Weber State University participates in the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP), administered by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WRGP, Weber State offers selected graduate programs at the resident tuition rate to qualified nonresident students from other WICHE member states.
Programs
All Weber State University graduate programs and certificates are eligible for the WRGP reduced tuition rate. For a list of available programs, visit our programs page. Note that each program has a separate admissions process. The university does not have a graduate college or a graduate admissions office.
How to Apply/Qualify
All nonresident applicants from WICHE member states are automatically considered for the WRGP discounted tuition rate.
No separate application is required. However, you will need to declare your residency to one of the WICHE states (see below for a list of states).

The WICHE Region includes the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, U.S. Pacific Territories and Freely Associated States (Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam), Utah, Washington, Wyoming.
