Charles Kaiser joined the faculty of Weber State University in 2012 and serves as an instructor of business administration at the Goddard School of Business & Economics. He also serves as a member of the Institutional Review Board, member of the Goddard School’s Assurance of Learning Committee, liaison between the Goddard School and the WSU Athletic Department and a member of the Goddard School’s Hearing Process Committee.
Kaiser holds a Juris Doctorate from the St. Louis University School of Law and a Master of Arts in health administration from St. Louis University. He teaches a variety of management courses in the Goddard School’s undergraduate and MBA programs (e.g., Legal Environment of Business, Survey of Business Law, Business Ethics/Environmental Responsibility, Contract Management, etc.).
Prior to joining the faculty, Kaiser was engaged in the practice of law in private law firms (federal and state court litigation, etc.) and held general counsel and president positions in the health care industry. He has also been a member of state and federal court bars and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
