Over the years, she has created and sold several companies, as well as helped hundreds of brands—both large and small—grow their business. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce Strategy at Nutraceutical Corporation, Janelle was the founder and CEO of KickFire Marketing. Janelle is an outdoor enthusiast who’s passionate about mountain biking, hiking, and practicing exceedingly difficult yoga poses.

Ben Forchini is the Aquatics & Safety Programs Coordinator for San Francisco State University. Prior to his role at San Francisco State, Ben held roles as the Program Director for the Boys & Girls Club of the as well as the Athletic Recreation Coordinator for the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. He is also the founder and owner of California Surfing Academy in Half Moon Bay, CA. An avid waterman, Ben provides decades of experience in ocean safety and recreation.

Randall Pinson is the founder of Rockagator, a Utah company that produces waterproof backpacks, duffles and dry bags.  Growing up in the foot of the Wasatch Mountains has given Randall his inspiration for developing kit that appeals to a broad cross-section of outdoor enthusiasts.  In 2018 Rockagator became the official Backpack of Spartan Race’s premier Endurance Event ‘The AGOGE’.  Randall graduated from the University of Utah School of Business and continues to grow Rockagator in the same community that grew him.

Eli Chmouni moved to Arizona from Lebanon at the age of 19 with $600 and the hunger for the American Dream. After receiving his Bachelors and Masters degree, he realized that a traditional job setting is not exciting enough. He then launched 4 startups over 8 years, two of which have been acquired. In 2016, Eli was voted a top 35 under 35 entrepreneur in Arizona, and his startups have won significant awards and accolades over the years. Eli was a faculty member at Arizona State University for eight years teaching engineering and entrepreneurship. He's mentored more than 500 startups.

Melanie is the founder of boutique tour operator Sol Fitness Adventures and was named “The person to call” for her guided retreats in Utah’s National Parks by DEPARTURES Magazine. An ACE-certified personal trainer, Melanie spent six years training private clients in Washington, D.C. The former wildlife biologist and environmental consultant lent her experience to KÜHL Clothing from 2015 to 2018, serving as their PR and government affairs manager. She has also been featured on Good Morning America and in Outside, IDEA Fitness Journal, Los Angeles Times, and more. Melanie recently authored her first book, Adventures in Mother Nature’s Gym.

Jennifer is the Co-Founder and CEO of AndShesDopeToo, an outdoor women’s event company based in Ogden,UT. She started her journey in 2015 with her husband and business partner Taylor. Her goal was to create a community for women in the outdoors that removed all aspects of comparison and competition. Through Jennifer’s drive and passion, ASDT has become a world-wide brand, hosting multiple large scale camping experiences, intimate backcountry retreats, local meet-ups and The Lady Wild Film Festival.

Her greatest success on top of AndShesDopeToo is being married to her husband of 11 years and their 3 outdoor loving children.

Cass Morgan is the program director and an assistant professor of the outdoor recreation degree program at Weber State University. Cass completed her Ph.D  at the University of Utah in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. She has over 15 years experience working in the industry. Prior to working in the university, she worked as a recreation planning consultant, researcher, and outdoor educator for a number of programs across the United States. Her research interests focus on how outdoor programs drive youth development. Cass enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing and hiking.

Bart is a start-up business builder and current V.P. of Sales at Klymit, joining that team near the end of 2014. Klymit’s sales growth in 2015 and 2016 landed the company on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing private businesses both years. Before Klymit, Bart was V.P. of Sales at Goal Zero, a Utah based outdoor product start-up business which sold for $80 million to NRG (NYSE: NRG) in 2014.  Prior to the acquisition, Goal Zero was #9 on the 2013 INC 500 list and Bart was a Utah Business 40 Under 40 honoree. Bart was also a key contributor to the success of England Logistics, a then early-stage transportation 3PL which grew to over $100 million in revenue during his time employed there.  He holds degrees in business anagement from The University of Utah and an MBA

I love pushing myself and feel that there is no better place to do that than in the outdoors. I love being around passionate people, seeing and being around people that have a passion for the outdoors, or their passion gets them outdoors is what I strive to capture in my photography. I am married to who I think is a goddess but she goes by Marissa, together we have a 2 year-old named Kozwell.
