Computer engineers use computer hardware and software to solve engineering problems. They are trained in computer architecture, embedded systems, software design, data structures, hardware interfacing and hardware/software integration.
The Computer Engineering program offers courses in basic circuitry, microelectronics, embedded systems, algorithms, data structures and signal processing. An internship, which gives students engineering work experience, is also a part of the program.
