Wellness Wednesdays

Have you ever wanted to start a new wellness-related activity or sport, but didn't know where to start? 

Wellness Wednesdays are hour-long sessions that cover the basics like: how to get started, equipment you'll need and where to buy/rent. Presentations will be given by various organizations on and off of campus. Sign up on Training Tracker on the eWeber portal.
