Weekly Challenge for 2/24 - 3/2:

Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

In studies of humans and other animals, they have discovered that sleep plays a critical role in immune function, metabolism, memory, learning, and other vital functions. 

This weeks' challenge is to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night for the entire week. You will be able to submit that you completed the challenge on Monday, March 3. You must complete the challenge 6 out of 7 days to get credit.
