Weekly Challenge for 2/17 - 2/23:

No sweets this week!

Most Americans overconsume sweets, averaging about 22 teaspoons of added sugars per day, according to the American Heart Association, which recommends limiting added sugars to about 6 teaspoons per day for women and 9 for men.

This weeks' challenge is to eliminate sweets (cookies, candies, chocolate, soda, etc.)  for the entire week. You will be able to submit that you completed the challenge on Monday, February 24. You must complete the challenge 6 out of 7 days to get credit.
