Eating six small meals a day, they say, helps regulate blood sugar, control cravings and keep hunger at bay.
This weeks' challenge is to eat 5-6 small meals daily for the entire week. You will be able to submit that you completed the challenge on Monday, February 10. You must complete the challenge 6 out of 7 days to get credit.
