Weekly Challenge for 4/7 - 4/13:
Meditate/Relax for 20 minutes
Taking time of yourself has psychological and physical benefits. If you give yourself a break you'll feel refreshed and happier. When you focus on an activity just for you, stress levels go down and you have time to recharge the batteries.
This weeks' challenge is to meditate or relax for 20 minutes, away from distractions, daily for the entire week. You will be able to submit that you completed the challenge on Monday, April 14. You must complete the challenge 6 out of 7 days to get credit.
