Eat vegetables with every meal.

Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

This weeks' challenge is to eat a small serving of vegetables with each meal daily for the entire week. You will be able to submit that you completed the challenge on Monday, March 31. You must complete the challenge 6 out of 7 days to get credit.
