The University strives to maintain a working atmosphere in which all personnel are productive and receive job satisfaction. Most employees function well under this system and observe established policies and procedures governing personal conduct. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with University policies.
Occasionally, however, an individual may disregard University policy or permit job performance to become less than satisfactory. In an effort to correct such problems and to help the employee resolve the matter before it becomes serious, the supervisor will take corrective action as outlined in the disciplinary policy found in the WSU Policy and Procedures Manual. If you are uncertain about a policy feel free to ask your supervisor or refer your question to the Human Resource Department.
