Rest Periods

Fair Labor Standards Act PPM

A rest period of not more than 15 minutes will normally be provided during each half of an eight-hour shift.  The rest period shall not be taken at the beginning or end of a work period, and time which is not used for rest periods shall not be accumulated and used at a later date.
