Human Resources assists all university departments in personnel matters, including hiring, job evaluations, disciplinary actions, compensation, record keeping, grievance resolution, training, and benefits.
Benefits administers the benefits programs including health, dental, life insurance, retirement, and annuities.
Compensation monitors salary equity for executive, exempt, and non-exempt employees, maintains current job descriptions, and performs job evaluations.
Employment coordinates all elements of the employment process for salaried employees, including advertisement, verification of qualifications, search committee training/support, offers of employment for staff positions, and orientation of new employees.

Employees may view their personnel files upon request in the Human Resource Department.
