Compensation monitors salary equity for executive, exempt, and non-exempt employees, maintains current job descriptions, and performs job evaluations.

Employment coordinates all elements of the employment process for salaried employees, including advertisement, verification of qualifications, search committee training/support, offers of employment for staff positions, and orientation of new employees.
