The Employee and Life Assistance Program (EAP) is a resource to help employees address a broad range of personal difficulties that may be causing distress.  This service is provided by Blomquist Hale Consulting Group (https://www.blomquisthale.com/).
 
Employees can receive brief, face-to-face counseling to help resolve concerns such as marital difficulties, family problems, stress and anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol addictions, legal or financial issues, elderly or child care, or anything distressing. These service are free and require no copay.
