Save the Date: Commencement Saturday, Aug. 29
Weber State just announced it will hold commencement, Saturday, Aug. 29. Invite your family and friends to join you for an event that will celebrate this historic milestone. 2020 is a unique class, and we plan to make this a unique experience.
Reserve your cap and gown today
Be sure to reserve your free cap, gown, tassel, diploma cover and cords. Wildcat Store will begin shipping April 20 - the last day to reserve will be May 8, 2020. When they arrive, take your picture in the cap and gown and share on social media. Use #webergrad2020 or tag us on Instagram @weberstate, so everyone can see how great you look as a graduate. The Graduation Office will continue processing diplomas as normal. Your diploma will arrive in the mail once final grades have been submitted and degrees processed.

Personalized Graduation News Release
We would also like to celebrate your graduation by sending a personalized news release that includes your name and major. You can share the release to let family and friends know what you have accomplished. To issue the release, Weber State needs some limited contact information, which you can provide at this link.
WSU Lights the “W” for Graduates
To show the community how proud we are of the historic class of 2020, on April 24, the university will light the “W” on the hillside east of Stewart Stadium.
