Orientation Day!
At the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters, the Botany and Plant Ecology Department will host an Orientation event with interested students and their parents. Prospective students will have the opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and fellow new students. They will be introduced to the resources available to them at WSU and enjoy icebreaker activities with peers. The families of new students will be encouraged to attend a presentation on the diverse career opportunities in plant biology followed by a Q & A with faculty.
