Rooting Plants In Utah

The Botany and Plant Ecology Department at Weber State University will host a two-day workshop to introduce educators to ways botany can be incorporated into classrooms. Educators will familiarize themselves with the basics of plant biology. Through opportunities to engage with existing plant biology activities and to collaborate with WSU Botanists and peers, educators will discover ways to bring hands-on engaging plant biology activities into their classroom.

The workshop is open to 15 Utah educators on a first come basis.
