The Nutrition Education program and curriculum at WSU is unique in many ways. We provide up-to-date nutrition education for disease prevention with focus on diet design, fitness and sports nutrition, sustainable cooking, directed undergraduate research and dedicated courses in lifespan nutrition (prenatal and infant, childhood and adolescent and the older adult).
