Alexandra Cousteau to Speak at WSU

Alexandra Cousteau - granddaughter of oceanographer Jaques-Yves Cousteau - will give a presentation titled "Preserving a Healthy Planet" as part of Weber State University's Convocation Lecture Series, on Nov. 3 at 12:30 p.m. in the Shepherd Union Wildcat Theater.

Cousteau is the founder of Blue Legacy, an initiative started in 2008 to engage individuals around the world through telling the story of our water-based planet. Her WSU visit is part of a 100-day journey across five continents to educate people about their connection to water issues around the world and encourage people to protect and replenish our most important life support system.
