Data Analytics Certificate
The Goddard School of Business and Economics is excited to offer a Data Analytics Certificate that allows students to gain skills in Python and SQL for data analysis, and skills using Tableau and PowerBI for data visualization. Students will use these software tools to prepare and clean data for analysis, and learn to analyze data using machine learning techniques.
Crisis Worker Certification
The Department of Social Work and Gerontology now offers a Crisis Worker Certification. Funds are available to provide 30 undergraduate scholarships, 10 graduate scholarships and 20 community scholarships for students to participate in the course.
Learn & Grow: Paraeducator Certification Program
This program is designed for those seeking employment as a paraeducator, improving their skills as an experienced paraeducator or earning stackable degrees towards a teaching license and bachelors degree. Those accepted will receive full financial assistance for tuition, fees and books. Program can be completed in one to three semesters.
Supply Chain Management (Red Barn Academy) Certificate Program
Courses cover data literacy, supply chain management, logistics, purchasing and quality management/process improvement. This is in partnership with Red Barn Academy in Farmington, UT, to support the education and development of supply chain management skills so Red Barn Academy graduates can re-enter the workforce.
Supply Chain Management Professional Certificate
This certificate is available to individuals with non-supply chain management bachelor's degrees looking for a career change into this dynamic and growing field as a logistician, planner, buyer, inventory manager or production control manager. Certificates may be earned individually or stacked to build a strong foundational knowledge base.
Systems Engineering & Sustainable Engineering
The industry-based post-bachelor’s certificate in systems engineering and sustainable engineering is a launching point for gainful employment in the aerospace/manufacturing workplace, professional certification within the International Council of Systems Engineering and continuing education toward a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.
The Components of Composites
Learn the elements of composites manufacturing, including materials processing, epoxy, hand tools, pre-press software and quality assurance and control. Prepare to become an assembler, fabricator, production assembler or composite technician. This course is a WSU partnership with the Davis Technical College and will launch February 2022. Registration opens December 2021.

Reacquainting Yourself With Work
Anyone can learn to reconnect to the workplace after time off. WSU faculty, community mentors and chamber organizations will help you develop skills in communication, leadership and conflict resolution, while using Conover’s SoftSkill assessment and skills program. This course is intended for those with an education level below a bachelor’s degree. Registration opens in September.
Teachers who took a break from the profession can get relicensed with Weber State University's flexible online program, which they can tailor to their own needs. Earn from 50 to 200 points, and get back to influencing lives for the better. Registration coming soon.

Through this 14-week program, join this next generation of sales geniuses trained by Weber State University. Learn fundamental techniques, personality profiling, team leadership, strategy and more.
User Experience (UX) Design Certificate
UX design is a growing field focusing on the interaction between humans and technology and the design of meaningful and transformative user experiences. This certificate provides students with hiqh-quality training in the main areas of UX including design, prototyping, accessibility and user research methods. Students will learn a level of competency that will prepare them to work as UX designers and/or researchers.
Practical to Registered Nursing Program (PN to RN)
This program allows licensed practical nurses currently working or those who have graduated from a contracted technical college and are eligible for licensure to earn a degree to prepare for entry-level, clinical practice as a registered nurse. You can enhance your skills while advancing your career in the health care system. After graduation, you will be eligible to take the National Council of State Boards of Nursing licensure exam (NCLEX-RN) to become a licensed registered nurse.
Cyber Security Graduate Certificate
This program focuses on the fundamentals of cyber security, security policies, penetration testing, enterprise IT management and more. Courses will teach you how to improve information security within organizations while handling management issues and practical implications related to securing information systems. More specifically, it focuses on the threat environment, security policy and planning, cryptography, secure networks, penetration testing, application security, data protection and networking.
Geospatial Technician Certificates
NUGeoTec’s certificate programs in geospatial technology teach digital mapmaking, airborne and satellite imagery analysis and global positioning and navigation systems (GPS) usage, as well as the powerful software used to display, analyze and interpret geospatial data (GIS). An entry-level program trains students to use and apply the technology, while an advanced program equips them with the skills to create it, analyze and display data about our environment.
