Mr. Clint Costley
As President of KIER Construction, Clint Costley works closely with the entire KIER team in creating, communicating, and implementing KIER's vision, purpose, and overall strategic direction. He is charged with driving operational efficiency across the organization while adding strategic business support. Costley is responsible for generating quality opportunities to meet KIER's revenue objectives, while maintaining regular client contact and follow-through. His ability to gain an understanding of a client's needs is the basis of his network of long-term client and professional relationships. Costley is actively involved in continuing KIER's mission of community partnering, and inviting all to "Experience the Difference".
Costley is well known in the construction industry with a background of nearly 20 years in business development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah. Costley is actively involved in construction industry associations as well as the greater Wasatch Front community.
Costley has served as a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors - Utah Chaper, as well as a committee member to both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Society of Marketing Professionals. He is currently serving on the Weber School Foundation Board, the Board of Governors for both the Ogden-Weber and Salt Lake Chambers of Commerce, as well as the current President of Weber State University's Alumni Association.
In his free time, Costley can be seen pursuing the myriad of outdoor activities Utah has to offer. He was born and raised in Weber County and resides in Plain City with his wife, Jamie and three children.
