This year the criteria for award nominations is based on social and environmental frameworks, as outlined by author Kate Raworth in Doughnut Economics. Nominations deadlines for both awards have been extended to Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
All members of the intermountain sustainability community may nominate themselves and/or others by filling out the corresponding nomination form.
The ISS Collaboration Award will focus on cross sectional partnerships and collaborations across the Intermountain West focused on advancing sustainable practices and socially equitable solutions.
The Sustainable by Design Award will recognize those in our community who are cultivating innovative projects that advance social and/or ecological sustainability through dynamic design and creative, equitable solutions.
