Office Assistants

Students work in our offices providing tours, customer service, calls, assist with move-ins and check-outs, and other assignments. Qualifications are customer service, basic office machines, phone etiquette, filing capability.

Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for overseeing hall safety, planning student programs, serving in a duty rotation and response to emergency situations; in addition to supporting the hall/ residents.

Qualifications are a minimum of one year of group living (two semesters) experience, leadership experience, 2.5 GPA. Applications are available in the spring term of each year.

Residence Hall Association

The Residence Hall Association serves as the Area Council for the resident students of Weber State University. We dedicate ourselves to the needs of both student residents and the Weber State community as a whole. We are dedicated to community, service, and excellence. Any student residing on – campus is allowed to serve in a position on the Executive Board, with the exception of the Resident Assistant Representative position. ACUHO-I Internship Program

ACUHO – I is a national organization that works with colleges and universities to promote housing internship programs. This is a full time internship program with some on-call duties. This position provides the opportunity to experience all aspects of running a college housing facility. Qualifications are junior/ senior or graduate level status, experience in working a college/university environment and interest in pursuing a career in student affairs. Applications are available beginning in January each year.
