Anxiety Toolbox Group
Most of us have some level of anxiety, but we still have to know how to manage it and keep living life. Anxiety Toolbox is a virtual group where you can learn about anxiety. It is not a counseling or therapy group, it is an educational group. Anxiety Toolbox will walk you through what anxiety is, what it physically does to the body, and what you can do to respond to it in healthy ways.

This group is not a counseling or therapy group. It is a place to learn some anxiety management skills. If you are interested in receiving individual or group therapy to address personal concerns, speak with the facilitator from the WSU Counseling and Psychological Services Center to find out how to initiate these services.
