Lair Room Rental
- Location: Room 235
- Party/Refreshments $25.00 per/hour.
- Availability must be confirmed with SEC office, ext. 8732.
- Charge is for room setup, clean up, and trash removal.
Group Use Policies
A deposit, equal to1/ 2 of the rental cost must be paid 7 days in advance; the balance is due at the completion of the reservation, except for campus groups paying with interdepartmental funds.
All youth groups must provide adult supervision, 1 adult per 10 youth participants is recommended. The rental begins as scheduled, so it is advisable that groups plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get shoes, etc. Additional time will not be allowed to groups that are late arriving. In the event of machine breakdowns, employees on duty may grant additional lane time as compensation. Refunds of the deposit will be made only upon cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Additional services and facilities include: sodas, slushes, nachos, corn-dogs, hot pockets, candy, air hockey, video games, CD jukebox, copy machine, vending/snack area, bowling instruction, bowling equipment sales, and more.
