There are several ways in which custom services may differ from the simpler kinds of services created using Reverie. First, they will generally be interactive services; most notification services will probably be created using Reverie. Second, they may be multiple-step interactive services. Some of the steps may require complex processing, or access to databases. Security and/or personalization may be required.
