Web Services are available for colleges, departments, organizations, faculty and staff to create web content for Weber State University web sites. Note: Student web sites are provided through classes teaching web development.
Available Options:
- Site Manager Content Management System - This system is accessed through the WSU Portal and includes browser based web editing tools. The url (address) for these sites will be prefaced with http://www.weber.edu/ This option is recommended for official "public facing" university web sites.
- Hosted Web Sites can be created on various web servers on campus. The url (address) for these sites will be prefaced with http://departments.weber.edu/, http://faculty.weber.edu, http://programs.weber.edu, etc.
Web Requests:
You may request a new web site for Site Manager (web content management system) or for a Hosted web site below. If you have questions or concerns, please call Computing Support at ext. 7777. Requests for user access to Site Manager content management system web sites may also be made through the link below.
Web training is available through Training Tracker (register through the eWeber Portal).
