How to get Admitted

• Be admitted to Weber State University.

• Complete prerequisite classes with a letter grade of "C" (2.0) or higher. CR/NC is not acceptable for any prerequisite courses.

• Pre-requisite GPA of 2.5 or greater for entry level and 2.75 or greater for advanced level program.

  Return completed application form, along with $25.00 (write check to WSU) application fee, to the Office of Admissions Advisement, Weber State University, 3907 University Circle, Ogden, Utah 84408-3907, by due date stated on REST application.

• Students should meet with admissions advisors Doug Watson or Lonnie Lujan , Marriott Allied Health Building room MH 108 at least annually for course and program review.
