Important Keys to be successful doing Biofeedback:

The biofeedback doesn’t just measure how relaxed or intense you are. It mostly measures how your state changes. In other words if you begin a relaxation exercise completely relaxed, the biofeedback will require you to become even more relaxed which may be impossible. The key is to be in a normal sitting position and state so that when you are required to be intense, you can sit forward and increase your intensity or when you are required to be relaxed, you can sit back and become conducive to relaxation. If you want to see dramatic change in your energy levels, begin by being either completely relaxed or energized, and then try the exercise to create the opposite energy level.

If you get stuck:

Click on the back button on the screen and start over but make sure you begin in your natural state so that the biofeedback can adapt to you correctly.
